Scholarship Program

Eligibility:

To be eligible for Student Orphan Aid Program scholarships, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Applicants must demonstrate academic promise and performance.
  • Scholarship is not available for students receiving financial aid.
  • Applicants must demonstrate financial need.
  • Applicants must submit a copy of a recent transcript.
  • Applicants must provide at least one letter of recommendation.
  • Applicants must use the scholarship to attend an accredited vocational, technical school, college or university in their country of habitation.
  • Applicant must write one to two-pages, typed essay outlining his/her career goals and why they should be considered for the scholarship and why it is important to receive education.

Scholarships will be awarded on the basis of funds available and applicant eligibility

APPLICATION GUIDELINES & REQUIREMENTS

  •   Fill out the application form completely and sign.
  •   Applicants must provide a recent official school transcript.
  •   Applicant must provide two letters of recommendation; one must be from a supervisor, faculty member or other individual knowledgeable with applicant’s qualifications. (Additional specific qualifications may apply, please refer to specific sponsor scholarship applications.)
  • Demonstrated academic promise and performance.
  •   Demonstrate high degree of scholastic achievement and effort.
  • Be enrolled full time.
  • Applicant must write one to two-pages, typed essay outlining his/her career goals, why the applicant should be considered for the scholarship and why it is important to receive education and this scholarship.
  •  Applicants must be a resident in a country in country of habitation.
  • Applicants must use the scholarship to attend an accredited vocational, technical school, college or university in their Country of habitation.

Scholarships will be awarded on the basis of funds available and applicant eligibility.
